Community-supported Pastry
When I first started Sweetheart several years ago, I started it as a "CSP" Community-Supported Pastry share subscription. Well in times like this I sure could use my community, so I'm bringing it back! As many of you know, the food and events industry collapsed in the wake of the outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020. I've done my best to try to weather the storm and, with some creative thinking, have come back to my roots.
I am offering weekly Pastry Share boxes by no-contact delivery.
This weekly box contains an assortment of pastry items and one bagged or longer shelf-life item as well as other assorted fun seasonal pastries. Every week will have at least one Gluten-free item.
I change the menu every week to keep it fresh for you (and me)! These boxes will include an assortment of Cakes, Shortcakes, Cookies, Crackers, Granola, Panna Cotta, Pudding, Pavlova, Merveillieux, Meringues, Kataifi Tarts, Galaxy Tarts, Cream Puffs, Handpies, Savory Knishes, Tortas, Gougeres, Jams and Preserves.
Boxes are $55 each and will include about 4 sweet and 1 savory Pastry and one bagged or jarred item.
I will be delivering all boxes on Saturdays 9 am-5 pm to the Portland metro area only, sorry no shipping. Delivery times will vary depending on my route for the day. If you do not plan on being home, please leave me a cooler with an ice pack in your no-contact location. Once your order is dropped in your no-contact location you will receive a text letting you know that your order has been delivered.
I will be posting weekly menus on Thursday for the following Saturday Delivery. Orders must be in by the Thursday 12 pm before delivery please (you have a week from the menu posting to place your order). All boxes are pre-pay online only as to avoid handling cash or devices during this transaction.
