Delivery is included for orders within the portland metro area, outer boroughs require a $10 delivery fee. This year I am offering shipping in the continental United States. Orders are available for two-day flat-rate shipping December 3, 4, 10, 11, 17, 18 this year, please detail which date you would like your order shipped and a shipping address. Please note that shipping is per box, not per order.
