Botanical Cake Design
Each Sweetheart cake is unique in it's design and floral composition and is inspired by the Sweetheart garden in all of her seasonal glory!

All of our cakes are:
  • Hand-crafted from high quality, natural ingredients sourced as locally as possible.
  • Inspired by the perfume of teas, spices, herbs, and flowers.
  • Artistically-styled with organic, homegrown edible varieties of flowers, vegetables, fruits, herbs and other botanical flourishes. 
How to get your cake:
  • Cakes are available by delivery in the Portland metro area, Wednesday-Sunday.
  • If you live outside of the Portland metro area or if you wish to pick up your cake at our kitchen, please leave this information in the notes on your order. 
  • We need at least two weeks lead time from your order date on all orders, no exceptions.  Booked days are listed.

June/July
1. Vanilla bean sour cream cake with passionfruit curd, chamomile-fennel whipped cream, strawberry-lemon thyme preserves, raspberries, vanilla bean frosting
2. Pistachio-almond cake with lemon curd, raspberry jam, raspberries, cherries, cardamom-rose whipped cream, vanilla bean-halva frosting (available GF)
3. Lemon-olive oil cake with Key lime curd, blackberry jam, blueberries, lemon verbena whipped cream, vanilla bean-olive oil labne, mint, vanilla bean frosting (available GF)
4. Chocolate rum cake with cardamom-rose chocolate mousse, raspberry jam, cherries, coffee whipped cream, chocolate frosting, toasted almonds (available GF)

October/November

2. Pumpkin spice cake with salted honey caramel, rosemary honey pecans, chocolate ganache, rosemary-cardamom whipped cream, honey caramel frosting (available GF)
3. Hazelnut-almond cake with maple chevre mousse, spiced plum jam, huckleberries, lemon thyme whipped cream, brown butter frosting, toasted hazelnuts (available GF)
4. Chocolate pinot noir cake with chocolate-fig pot de creme, rosemary-cardamom whipped cream, vanilla bean frosting, chocolate ganache and cocoa nibs (available GF)

Our passion is dreaming up original flavors and a design that speak to you, your moment and memory at it's most pure and sensory. We pride myself on the quality, artistry and care given in crafting your cake, and look forward to being a magical part of your event.

Custom cakes start at $20/guest with a 100 guest minimum, plus any associated booking, delivery and set-up fees.


Custom orders need at least 3 months lead time for booking.

    Custom Cake Inquiry
    This form is for folks looking to book a custom cake for events of 100+ guests only, $2000 minimum. 
    Custom cakes require at least 3 month's advance notice.
